Over the years I have researched the topic of boundaries; how to set them, how to clearly communicate them, how to respect other's boundaries, how to keep myself physically safe... And here's a major one... how to be mentally and emotionally safe - balanced and whole if someone is not honoring boundaries that have been set. (there was just a lot unpacked right there!)
For those who don't know my story, I wrote my book "In Search of Purpose ~ One Woman's Journey to Save and Restore Horses Who Bring Hope to People" to tell my story and the stories of the rescues at Peaceful Acres Horses - nonprofit organization in NY State . Many stories are attached to loss, grief, domestic abuse, physical, emotional, and fiscal insecurity. (pretty much all related to the lack of boundaries)
To say I've learned a whole bunch over the years about myself, my true self and my afraid, detached, reactive self is an absolute fact. 💜 The horses have taught me lessons in life that no person or even therapist could teach. 💜 No disrespect to my incredible therapist friends...you get it.

This topic is So Important to me that I'm beginning to facilitate it in January, one of the months at the farm that over the years I have feared! Yes, Feared - running a busy equine rescue sanctuary in the winter can be highly intimidating and daunting. 🤦♀️
January 18th eight women are going to have the opportunity to dive into the self-care, self-regulating, self-esteem building and learning how to have enhanced joy and peace through the clear consciousness and actions of setting Beneficial Boundaries. 💜
We are doing this incredible retreat with the horses! We are also going to dive into this topic with compassion, kindness and honoring each other. 💜 It's a safe and inspiring workshop.

We do have onsite accommodations for our out of town guests. Our Main Stable Cabin is available for an additional fee.
