🚗 IMPORTANT CAR RIDER UPDATE 🚗

Panda Families, please take a moment to review the updated car rider procedures pictured below.

To help prevent traffic from backing up on the main road and to keep traffic flowing safely for everyone, we need your help following these procedures:

🔹 Please use BOTH car rider lanes. Do not block the second lane at the end.
🔹 Cars should stagger/alternate when merging — one car from Lane 1, then one car from Lane 2, and so on.
🔹 Car riders begin at 2:50 PM. Hardin Reynolds arrives at 3:00 PM, and students may be picked up until 3:10 PM.
🔹 If you are picking up students from both Hardin Reynolds AND Patrick Springs, please use the main lane in front of the building and park in the second lane. Staff will walk both students to you once the main line is finished.

These changes are important to help keep the main road clear for through traffic and emergency vehicles. Please review the attached information and diagrams carefully before afternoon pickup.

Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and for helping us keep dismissal safe and running smoothly! 🐼💙
