2027 Arts and History Re-grants Available through the Passaic County Cultural & Heritage Council
The Passaic County Cultural and Heritage Council at Passaic County Community College is offering 2027 re-grants. The deadline both for the Local Arts Program (LAP) and the Community History Partnership Program (CHPP) Letter of Intent (LOI) is Monday, June 29, 2026.
*Only 1-year applications will be available for the 2027 re-grant cycle. 3-year cycle re-grantees (receiving awards for 2026 – 2028 projects) do not need to apply again until June 2028 for the 2029-2031 cycle. At that time, any applicant may apply for a 1-year or 3-year re-grant, funds permitting.
All applicants must be: municipal government or tax-exempt non-profit organizations incorporated in NJ, operating within Passaic County, and in existence for at least two years. Re-grants must be used for arts/cultural and/or local or NJ history projects that take place in Passaic County between January 1 and December 31, 2027. Organizations must match re-grant awards, and be in compliance with standard labor laws, as per the 2027 guidelines.

The Passaic County Cultural and Heritage Council at Passaic County Community College is offering 2026 re-grants. The deadline both for the Local Arts Program (LAP) and the Community History Partnership Program (CHPP) Letter of Intent (LOI) is Thursday, June 26, 2025.
