Look who is here at School 27🤗🤗... “Otto”... he is visiting our Kindergarteners!

Parents and Staff,

Due to a main water break on Berkshire, on Monday, January 8th we will be entering the building through Richmond Avenue only. If you have a student that takes the bus to Don Bosco, the buses will line up on Richmond Avenue as well.

Schools will be closed tomorrow Thursday, January 4th due to the storm!

Students in Mr. Valvano's class are learning about the Egyptian Civilization and process of mummification! Classes have done their individual projects and soon will be ready to look at the results.

Our 4th graders are learning cause and effect through Social Studies! Ask them what they learn about France in the New World. They are also maximizing the working space in their classrooms.

So many great things are happening in our building! Our teachers and students take 21st century skills very serious, as well as our NJSLS that are already embedded in our curriculum. We are diving into independent research and exploration to gain the experience and expertise in order to master these skills for the PARCC TEST. This is Ms. Ciuppa' 3rd grade class researching about Sea creatures. Cross-curricular activity 💻

Addressing important issues that are arising in our school community with the right group of people- Paterson PD. We hope our students do not engage in social trends that will only bring severe consequences to them and their families. Keeping our students in the right path is our focus. Active and responsible members of society.

Good Morning! Our preschoolers are busy making observations! We are enjoying their presence in our building. There is plenty of creative learning happening in these classrooms! This is Mrs. Farfan-Llerena's PK4 class.

We've had an exciting start of the school year! Our building is in the process of becoming a canvas for our students to inspire generations to come. Our PTA worked very hard last year to fund raise and bring in such an amazing program like Hallsthatinspire.org. Here are some pictures of the kick off to this program.
