Week 2 of our Polar Unit ❄️🐧
So much hands-on learning and wintery fun! We explored sensory play with more fake snow and ice melting experiments, enjoyed cozy polar animal stories, and got creative with coloring activities. The children loved playing with the polar animal figurines while learning all about them and where they live! We wrapped it all up with fun songs, movement, and lots of conversation. Such a joyful, engaging week of learning we had! 🤍

❄️🐧 We kicked off the first full week of 2026 with our Polar Unit, and it was so much fun!

From snowy adventures and learning about polar animals to hands-on science like melting ice experiments and pretend snow, our little explorers were very busy learning through play! 🧊🦭

What a DECEMBER we had ✨

From holiday festivities and learning all about winter weather, to ringing in the New Year and everything in between. Last month was filled with joy, curiosity, and so many special moments. Our incredible staff at LPC truly made this season magical and one to remember 🤍

Celebrate the little victories—like those successful bathroom trips! 🎉 Every time they go, it’s a mini party! 🎈 So grab some stickers, a fun chart, or even a silly song as a timer to let them know when it’s time to go try again. You’ve got this, and so do they!
