Saxton Middle School Saxton Middle School is part of the Patchogue-Medford School community.

We educate students from 6th grade to 8th grade as they transition from elementary students to high school students.

Took 100 8th graders and staff on the Moonchaser off of Captree for their 8th grade banquet… didn’t need a rain date… experiences to practice life skills and just be happy with food, music, and a beautiful sunset is always a good thing ❤️🤍🖤
