Today, we recognize Juneteenth—a day of remembrance, reflection, and celebration marking the end of slavery in the United States. As educators, we believe in the power of learning from history and honoring the stories that have shaped our nation. We encourage our students, families, and staff to take time to reflect, learn, and celebrate the strength, contributions, and rich cultural heritage of Black Americans.
