Our Breakfast with Santa event was a great success, thanks to the attendees and volunteers! Special appreciation is extended to the Passaic Police Department, Sgt. Lopez, and Officer Leocadio for their assistance and presence. Thank you Commissioner Diane Boyd McNair for making this event possible! Shout out to Commissioner Fernandez for posing as Santa Claus & making this a memorable experience for the children. Thanks to all the PHA Board of Commissioners & Executive Director Ronald Van Rensalier for your support.

Nuestro Desayuno con Santa fue todo un éxito. Gracias a todos los que vinieron y a los voluntarios. En especial al Dpt. De Policía de Passaic, Sgto. López, y el Oficial Leocadio por su ayuda y presencia. Muchas gracias a la Comisiona Diane McNair por hacer este evento posiblemente! Un saludo al Comisionado Fernández por su apoyo y hacer de Santa Claus y darles una experiencia memorable a los niños. In collaboration with the City of Passaic Mayor Héctor C. Lora & the Dpt. Of Community Development, the Passaic Housing Authority hosted a First Time Homebuyer informational workshop for residents to learn about assistance programs & resources available to assist individuals buy their home. We were fortunate to have representatives from Valley Bank & Provident Bank who shared valuable information about their products, mortgage loan options & down payments. Thank you to all that attended & the collaborators that made this event possible.

Our Community Senior BBQ was a great success. A special thank you to our supporters, participants, & volunteers that took the time to help & spend time w our seniors.
