It’s a busy week for the Pirates! Football, volleyball and swim multiple times this week. Friday Night Lights are officially underway with the Oyster Bowl this Friday in Long Beach.

Great meet for the Mighty Pirate Swimmers!

Congratulations to the swim team in their meet against D’Iberville and West Harrison!
The boys placed 2nd in the medley, 200 free, and 400 free relays.
Luke Willams placed 1st in the 50 free with a PR and 1st in the 100 breaststroke, where broke the school record!
Jon Fortenberry placed 1st in the 100 butterfly with a PR and 2nd in the 500 freestyle, breaking the school record!
Cooper Fortenberry placed 2nd in the 200 freestyle.
Andrew Mong was 4th in the 100 breaststroke and 5th in the 100 freestyle.
Timothy Lee (PCMS) was 4th in the 100 freestyle and 3rd in the 100 breaststroke.
Atticus Huffman (PCMS) was 3rd in the 100 backstroke.
Isabella Lee (PCMS) was 1st in the 100 breaststroke and 2nd in the 50 freestyle.
Dempsey Fortenberry (PCMS) was 1st in the 100 freestyle and 200 individual medley, where she broke the school record. Keagan Murray (PCMS) was 2nd in the 200 freestyle and 1st in the 100 backstroke with a PR.
