Today is one of the most exciting days of the year as we gather for the Junior Livestock Auction—a celebration of the hard work, dedication, and responsibility our exhibitors have poured into their projects.

We are incredibly thankful for the buyers, sponsors, volunteers, families, and community members who invest in our future by supporting these young agricultural leaders. Your generosity not only rewards countless hours of hard work, but also helps provide opportunities for our members to continue learning, growing, and pursuing their goals.

Today our very own Briley Bowen, was recognized as one of nine recipients of the San Luis Obispo CWA- California Women in Agriculture Senior Scholarships. Briley was personally presented a check from members of the scholarship committee, as well as a stall card recognizing her achievement, which will be on display alongside her heifer and bull projects at California Mid State Fair.
The Scholarship committee recognizes these students as ones who have plans to use his or her education to help promote agriculture, in particular the cattle industry. Most student recipients are active in clubs which promote beef, as well as the agricultural industry. Recipients also demonstrate leadership skills, and volunteer in their community.

Hello everyone! My name is Nathaniel Moya, and I am excited to serve as your Sentinel for the Paso Robles FFA Chapter this year. This is my second year in FFA, and I am looking forward to learning more about agriculture, leadership, and the many opportunities that FFA has to offer. I enjoy listening to music and spending time with my family. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our chapter, meet new people, build friendships, and make this year a fun and memorable experience for everyone. I look forward to growing as a leader, representing our chapter, and making the most of my second year in FFA. My favorite song is Nothing At All by Mac Demarco 📀

Today was all about teamwork, dedication, and determination! These two FFA rabbit girls worked hard together, supported one another every step of the way, and did an outstanding job showing their rabbits today at the California Mid State Fair. Their commitment, sportsmanship, and love for agriculture truly shined in the show ring. We’re so proud of all their hard work and the way they represented our chapter. Great job, girls! 🐇
