I am starting to notice a lot of videos are starting to show up with the frog in the position to make contact to the ground before the foot makes contact
I have been teaching this in my academy for over 20 years the importance of the frog. The frog should never been cut back and recessed because the frog is what supports the coffin bone on impact finally, I’m starting to see what was only a logically the right way of doing it.
