Get excited for our inaugural Kermit King Trunk or Treat, Friday, October 30 from 4:30-6:00pm in the Staff Parking Lot. It’s going to be frightfully fun and we can’t wait. Dad’s Club will be BBQ’ing up some delicious dinner while the kids get to trick or treat, play games, and more! Join us for our fundraiser night at Panda Express next Wednesday, September 16 — 20% of event sales will be donated to Kermit King Elementary PTA between the hours of 9:30AM and 10:30PM at the Panda Express located at 90 Niblick Road. You can show the flyer on your smartphone, or order online at pandaexpress.com, or the App by entering 3862748 in the fundraiser code box! And please share in your stories and with friends. PSA from your friendly Kermit King Elementary PTA President!

3 reasons why you should *not* join the PTA —

Huh. Weird. Couldn’t think of any.

But we can think of plenty of reasons *to* join —

💚 Support your child’s school
💚 Help fund field trips, activities & programs
💚 Meet other parents and teachers
💚 Stay connected to what’s happening at school
💚 And nope! Just because you join doesn’t meet you have to volunteer (though we welcome it, and donating is great, too)!

Membership Drive is on and Mrs. Poppen’s Class is leading the charge, followed by Ms. O’Brien’s Class, then Mrs. Luster’s Class. The class with the most memberships at the end of the month wins a Dippin’ Dots ice cream party. Keep up the good work!

Calling all froggies who like to move their bodies!

Come on out for our After School Sports Informational Meeting, TODAY, at 2:30pm, by the basketball courts. Coach Meghan will be helping with registration and answering all of your questions.

Cross country practice starts Tuesday, September 1!!

Join us to celebrate the opening of two new spaces for little hands, big imaginations, and a whole lot of play!

Tomorrow, we're cutting the ribbon on a new playground and classrooms at our school - and our community is invited to help us celebrate.

🐸 Kermit King Elementary School

Thursday, August 20 at 2:30PM

The new ADA-accessible playground features soft, resilient surfacing and is designed to give more students room to climb, run, explore, and play. Just as importantly, the new classrooms will allow our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program to grow, increasing capacity in our popular afterschool care program, which is 100% free for Paso Schools families.

We'd love to have our families, neighbors, staff, and community members join us as we officially welcome these additions to campus. 💚
