Coaching isn’t the same as mentoring. Coaches won’t tell you how to increase your sales, be better at marketing, or book that next gig. They don’t need to be knowledgeable about your field to be successful in helping you succeed.

A good life coach helps you overcome your obstacles, identify your goals, and achieve your purpose. Not by telling you what to do, but by empowering you to make a well informed plan and chase after it.

Have you found over the last 2 years you’ve developed some unhealthy habits around food? Comfort eating, binge eating as a companion to bingeing shows, mental exhaustion in coming up with healthy meal ideas… the list can go on.

Post 2020-22 a lot of us have found the need to prioritize our health again but lack the motivation to make any substantial progress. Most of us would agree the need to prioritize our health is pretty high - but the follow through can be pretty low.

Coaching isn’t just about major life goals - it can also catapult healthier life goals - even as simple as food choices - to become long term habits.

Coaching helped me start dreaming again. I was feeling pretty stuck in my life when I started working with my coach. She helped me see what was holding me back and gave me some tools to work through my blocks and start dreaming of a different future. Just a reminder you’re never too old to begin! No matter what opportunities you feel you may have missed in your past - it’s not too late to learn a new skill, change careers, start that passion project, or knock on a closed door to see if it’ll open again. There are many more opportunities ahead of you yet - don’t let fear hold you back from trying.

What are some life areas you want to develop?

Setting realistic goals is a foundation for the coaching process. We’ll create 2-3 large goals you’ll focus on over the next 5 months.
