to last month when our friends from LAMusArt came to visit the Armory! ๐ŸŽจโœจ

Following our visit to LAMusArt a few weeks prior, we welcomed their team for a tour of our facility, including our galleries and studio spaces. before heading into the main studio for a cyanotype workshop led by Armory Teaching Artist, Austyn. Together, we experimented with sun printing and collaborative artmaking! After the workshop, we broke into departmental groups to exchange ideas, systems, and knowledge as two art organizations committed to supporting our communities through creativity and access.

We're so grateful to LAMusArt! It was such a meaningful day of connection, learning, and collaboration, and weโ€™re excited to continue this exchange as an annual tradition. ๐Ÿ’™
