Baby Steps Home Daycare

This friday we will be doing arts and crafts with the children. Its a painting project so please dress appropriate for this craft. We do have aprons as well for each child.

Happy Valentines Day!!! Pizza party for lunch, followed by valentines party at 3:30pm ... With our Daycare totally full with great boys and girls we know we will have a good valentines exchanging cards with each other!!!

Important message!!!

I want to begin by saying I do this job because its my passion. I love children and elderly. I wake up happy to have all the daycare babies at my lic daycare and with saying that I expect each parent to monitor their childs health. As we know this is flu season and with the weather being almost 70 degrees one day and snow flurries the next, its time for the flu to try to attack our little ones. Please check with your Dr about vitamins for your child and lots of fluid and good hand washing.
I understand there are going to be runny noses 👃, coughing and teething and I will be there to take care of your children but please check your childs temperature. I ask that you DO NOT give motrin or Tylenol before dropping off as this will hide a fever for a few hours but will effect the other children at the daycare and myself.
I have each parent sign a medical form stating this outlined issues and we need to help keep all the children healthy. This will not only effect the children but also the parents that have to take off work. I totally understand you have to work as well so maybe call a back up sitter or a family member that doesn't have children that can get your childs illness.
