Paramedic Students and Employers

We are collecting graduate surveys in order to complete our Annual Report for Accreditation of the Emergency Medical Technician Program. The survey you will be using is a National Survey generated by CoAEMSP.

To evaluate the paramedic program is at San Jacinto CENTRAL I am asking you to complete an on-line survey at the dataarc website below.

The survey is currently open. The closing date is 1/15/16.
Please go to the www.dataarc.ws website mouse over Allied Health and click on "Emergency Medical Services". When the log on and password box come up please enter the following information:

Password: raven essjcdcentral
This will bring you to the survey page. You will note that several of the items are required fields and these must be completed before submitting your survey.When you have completed the survey click the submit button and you should get a response page that indicates the survey has been submitted successfully.
All information provided to us is confidential and used for program evaluation only. It will not be released to any third party in any form.
