“I’ve always believed that education is about so much more than teaching skills. It’s about helping people discover who they are, what they’re capable of, and giving them the tools and confidence to move forward.
That’s why I love spending time mentoring our Future Professionals.
Today, I asked everyone to walk away with ONE thing they are committed to taking action on—because growth doesn’t happen simply from what we learn. It happens through what we choose to do with what we learn.
Listening to them share their brand identity, their stories, their struggles, their dreams, and the future they’re working toward was incredibly inspiring.
And perhaps my favorite part? The learning wasn’t coming from just one person.
Everyone had something to contribute.
Different journeys. Different perspectives. Different dreams. Yet each person’s story had the ability to help someone else see something differently.
That is the kind of learning environment I believe in—where we don’t just grow individually, we help each other grow.
My role as a leader isn’t to give people all the answers. It’s to help them ask better questions, recognize what is already within them, provide the resources I can, and encourage them to take the next step for themselves.
