Pasadena City College Foothill Campus - Noncredit Division The PCC Noncredit Division at the Foothill Campus (CEC) Offers FREE Classes to the Community. There are no enrollment fees for noncredit classes.

The Noncredit Division provides FREE courses and programs, including: ESL, ABE, Adult Basic Education, Short-term Career and Technical Education Programs, Adult High School Diploma Program, GED, Vocational ESL, Parent Education, Older Adult programs, courses for students with disabilities, and more! Most noncredit programs are open entry, open exit programs, and may be offered year round. Students pay for course related materials and parking.
