We are incredibly honored and grateful to share that on yesterday, May 18th at 6:00 PM, the City of Pasadena recognized the Outspoken Dance Company Elite Team for their hard work, dedication, and achievement in winning our National Competition in Las Vegas.

This moment means so much to us. Behind every performance are long rehearsals, sacrifices, teamwork, perseverance, and dancers who chose to keep pushing forward even when things became difficult. To have our journey acknowledged by our city is something we will never forget.

To our dancers:
thank you for representing Outspoken with passion, discipline, and heart.

To our families, supporters, teachers, and community: thank you for believing in us every step of the way.

This recognition is more than an award but a reminder that hard work truly pays off. We are proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited for where we’re headed next. 💙✨

Outspoken Dance Company hit the stage this weekend Vegas Nationals and brought it ALL the way home:
🥇 1st Place – Junior Lyrical/Contemporary
🥇 1st Place – Junior Dance
🥉 3rd Place – Junior Hip Hop

These dancers showed up with heart, discipline, and PERFORMANCE energy from start to finish. This is what hard work looks like. So proud of this team and everything they’ve pushed through to get here ❤️

Outspoken Dance Company is hosting a Broadway Master Class on Monday, March 30th from 5:30 - 8:30 with Jack Brewer from the Broadway National Tour by Spamlot!

Jack is the swing and assistant dance captain in Spamalot, he maintains the choreography and makes sure everyone stays looking clean and precise in shows like Frozen on Broadway.

Everyone, ages 7 - 17 is invited, even if they are not part of ODC!

Cost: $50 per student
Location: Jackie Robinson Park Center, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave, Pasadena CA

There are 2 sessions:
- Class 1 beginner (ages 7 - 11) from 5:30-7pm
- Class 2 intermediate (ages 12+) from 7-8:30pm

Last weekend was EPIC as the ODC Miss-Fits received their line names andbline jackets at their very first Induction Ceremony on November 16th. These young ladies worked hard to get to where we are and are very proud to stand behind them and push them to greater heights this dance season. 10 dancers pased probation and were inducted this past weekend. 6 members received leadership roles, ranging from head captain, co-captains and Drill Masters... congratulations ladies!! 🎊

The girls have passed their probationary milestone and have been officially been invited to be presented at the 2024 Major Probate Induction Ceremony! 🎉🎊

These girls will have their work cut out for them this season, and I'm so excited to mentor them in this journey!

Join us in an amazing celebration on Saturday, November 16th from 5pm - 6:30pm.

LEARN about their journey; WATCH them perform, and be PRESENTED to the community. The girls will receive their official line name and Miss-Fits Line Jackets! You won't want to miss this.

There will also be a Spaghetti dinner fundraiser 🍝🥗💸. Every dollar earned at this event, will go toward the dancers' end of season Major Retreat to Orlando, FL., 🛩 where the girls will visit HBCU Colleges 🏫, train with HBCU coaches 👯🏾‍♀️ and engage in other Sisterhood bonding activities🤼🏾‍♀️🫂. Oh, what a time to be here!!!
