Today we’re exploring our letters of the week! Our little learners are practicing matching capital letters with their lowercase partners and strengthening their fine motor skills by using Play-Doh to trace each letter.

Aria did an awesome job rolling the Play-Doh between her little fingers and carefully placing it along each letter! 🤎 These simple hands-on experiences help build letter recognition, hand-eye coordination, fine motor strength, and early writing skills—all while learning through play and exploration.

🎨 Learning Through Art, Independence & Play!

Today our Koala Cubs started by finding their own name, then took ownership of their activity by carefully pouring paint into the tray. Next, they dipped person-shaped cookie cutters into the paint and stamped away! 👤🎨

This hands-on experience encourages name recognition, independence, fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, and creative expression—all while giving our little learners the freedom to explore materials in their own way.

At Koala Cubs, even a simple painting activity becomes an opportunity to discover, create, and learn through doing. 🤎

Today, we practiced recognizing and forming the first letter of our names! Our teacher first modeled how to create each letter through sky writing, then invited the children to give it a try on their own.
