Summer is here and its a great time to stay active and improve your skills and to get in the weight room to get stronger. We hope to see the gyms full each Tuesday and Thursday.

Summer is here and with it comes a great opportunity to work on your basketball skills. Registration for basketball camp and competition nights will close Thursday at 7:00PM. Get registered for this opportunity to play competitive basketball games once a week all summer.
