Here's something most families don't know: a student can graduate high school, get accepted to college, and still not be considered 'College Ready' by the state. That gap is exactly what our team worked on this week with Contigo Ed and support from Good Reason Houston , making sure our Eagles aren't just walking across the stage, but walking into college, a career, or the military actually prepared to succeed.

That's why Pasadena High School is pushing LIFE READY this year, Your Plan. Your Future. Your Life. It's a checklist that follows every Eagle from 9th grade all the way to graduation: core courses and endorsements each year, the five STAAR tests, a CCMR indicator, dual credit courses, and passing the TSIA, ACT, or SAT. It's not just about earning a diploma, it's about walking off this campus with a real plan already in motion.

And this isn't a one time push. ContigoEd and Good Reason Houston will be with us throughout the year, helping us track student progress, look at our data, and adjust our support so no Eagle falls through the cracks. Grateful for partners who show up for our kids all year long, not just for a workshop.

Annual Student Registration opens Monday, July 27!

Every Pasadena High School family must complete the Annual Student Registration in Skyward before student schedules can be released.

✅ Returning families: Complete your registration online in Skyward beginning Monday, July 27.

🦅 New to Pasadena ISD? If your student was not enrolled in Pasadena ISD last year, Skyward access will be available during Registration Day on August 5.

📝 Please complete every section carefully. The information you provide helps determine eligibility for important student programs, financial support and services. Accurate information helps ensure your family receives the opportunities and support for which they may qualify.
