City of Pasadena Office of the Young Child

The Office of the Young Child unites city departments, care providers, parents, and advocates in improving the well-being of children from birth to 5.

This office was born out of an Early Child Development Policy that was passed by the City of Pasadena’s Human Services Commission and adopted by the City Council on March 23, 2015.
