Day 2 of Grandparents Day at school. This time it was Pre-K, 1st, and 4th grade’s turn.

This is a reminder that the Grandparents Breakfast for Pre-K, 1st Grade, and 4th Grade is tomorrow.
Important Reminders:
Only grandparents are permitted to attend. Parents and other family members will not be allowed to participate.
To help the check-in process run quickly and efficiently, please make sure grandparents know the student's grade level and teacher's name before arriving.
Upon entering the foyer, grandparents will see tables with grade-level sign-in sheets. They should sign in on the appropriate sheet for their grandchild's grade.
If grandparents do not know the student's teacher, class rosters will be posted so they can look up that information.
Once grandparents are allowed to enter the cafeteria, they will need to provide the student's name and teacher's name to Mrs. Martinez, who will call students down to join their grandparents.

Les recordamos que mañana se llevará a cabo el Desayuno de los Abuelos para Pre-Kínder, 1º y 4º grado.
Recordatorios importantes:
Solo los abuelos podrán asistir. No se permitirá la asistencia de padres, niños o otros familiares.
Para ayudar a que el proceso de registro sea más rápido y eficiente, por favor dejenle saber a los abuelos el grado y el nombre del maestro del estudiante antes de llegar.
Al entrar al vestíbulo, los abuelos encontrarán mesas con hojas de registro por nivel de grado. Deberán firmar en la hoja correspondiente al grado de su nieto(a).
Si no conocen el nombre de la maestra o maestro, habrá listas de clases expuestas para que puedan consultar esa información.
Una vez que se les permita entrar, deberán proporcionar el nombre del estudiante y el nombre del maestro a la Sra. Martínez, para que ella pueda llamar a los estudiantes.

🧸🌈 Share Your Care Day! 💕

Wednesday was Share Your Care Day, and our Kindergarten Rockets were ready to spread some kindness! 💗

We took our learning beyond the classroom and traveled around the school sharing our care while practicing our oral language and speaking skills. The kids loved getting to visit different classrooms, talk with others, and spread a little kindness along the way. 🥰

And of course, Lucky Bear had to join in on the fun and made some special classroom visits! 🐻💕

What better day to practice using our words to make someone feel happy, appreciated, and cared for.

🚧👷‍♀️ CONSTRUCTION DAY in Kindergarten! 👷‍♂️🚧

Our Kinder crew has been BUSY these past few weeks, and today they put all that learning to work! Our little builders constructed their names, letters, numbers, shapes, words, and so much more while learning about construction equipment and what it takes to be a construction worker.

A HUGE shoutout to Sunbelt Equipment for coming out to spend time with our kiddos! They brought machinery, snacks, goodies, and lots of excitement! The highlight was definitely getting to climb onto the forklift! 😍🚜

Mrs. Glasgow joined us with a reading of Pete the Cat: Construction Destruction, and our very own Foreman Mrs. Condado and Foreman Olive 🐢 made their rounds to check on all the hard work!

We LOVE when learning comes to life, and today our little builders proved they can build just about anything! 🚧❤️
