There are some provisos, but if you are looking for a big discount on conductive thread that you can use to sew wires by hand, this looks like a pretty good deal.

Keep in mind that this thread has a particularly low resistance, you may find that you want to put a resistor in series with your LEDs if you decide to use this stuff.

Back-to-back Saturday wearable electronics courses! This one was even more fun than the first. We prototyped sooner and gave the students a taste of our 15+ hour C++ based sumo-bots course. Everyone had a great time and people were buying conductive thread from Amazon on their phones to finish up their Halloween costume ideas!

I'm going to make an awesome with this new . For a couple years I've been dreaming of writing a curriculum around control systems targeted at kids about 10 years old and I'm hopeful that this drone will be the grand finale of the class.

That curriculum won't have the full mathematical rigor involving differential equations and complex analysis, but I don't see any reason why kids can't be introduced to these unbelievably useful concepts at an early age. They can easily gain a heuristic understanding without the full mathematical complexity.

In my life it was exactly those sorts of experiences that left me with nagging mysteries. When later I discovered that could answer those mysteries no one had to push me to pay attention, I was already hooked.

Build it. Code it. Fly it. The first flying blocks that allow you to build your dream aircraft/hovercraft to control and program.

This looks ridiculously cool.
