We are so proud of our PECHS alumni!
Here's another spotlight and this time, we are celebrating Ms. Alejandra Zamora for the incredible impact she is making across both our 7th and 8th grade science teams! Ms. Zamora brings flexibility, positivity, and a willingness to go the extra mile each and every day!
Ms. Zamora is especially gifted at building meaningful relationships with students and creating a calm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment. Her creative class playlists, featuring songs selected by students, are just one example of how she makes students feel connected and valued. She embraces new ideas, tries new things in her classroom, and consistently looks for ways to make learning better for her students!
As an active and supportive member of her PLT, Ms. Zamora brings her voice, ideas, and encouragement to both grade-level teams. She has become an invaluable bridge between 7th and 8th grade, helping teachers understand expectations across grade levels and sharing insight into areas where students may need continued support as they move forward. Her collaboration and communication help both teams better support our students.
This year, Ms. Zamora will continue serving as our Pentathlon coach and she took the initiative to complete the necessary training to ensure she’s prepared to lead our team to success…another example of her willingness to step up and serve our students and campus!
