We pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, neighbors, and everyday people who stepped forward to help others.

May we honor their memory through the way we care for one another, serve those around us, and strengthen the communities we call home.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

What does it mean to be an Invested Citizen?

That’s the question we’ll be exploring together throughout this school year as part of Maranatha’s Expected Student Outcomes (ESO), encouraging our students to be invested citizens both on campus and in their communities.

As he begins his 11th year at Maranatha, beloved Bible teacher Mr. Michael Mancini shared what being an Invested Citizen means to him:

“To be an Invested Citizen means that your heart is fully engaged and open to what God is doing around you. To take the time to listen, care, and uplift the people God brings into your life. I am excited to see what He has planned for us this year!”

Throughout the year, we’ll be sharing more voices from across the Maranatha community and highlighting the many ways our students, faculty, staff, and alumni are living out what it means to be Invested Citizens. ❤️💙
