Turner Watch DOGS

I need to recognize a few dads that have come to be WatchDogs in the last few weeks. Mr. Portillo, Mr. Hernandez, Mr Molano, Mr Whitaker and Mr. Perez. We had a few others sprinkled in that have come multiple times throughout the year, which is awesome. We appreciate all the dads and the things that they do for us.

It's family fun night and we are bringing back (by popular demand)............... Hot Dogs with WatchDogs.

I haven't updated our WatchDogs since last week, so let me take the time to say Thank You to the dads that we had last week and this week. Last week we were visited by Mr. Lay, Mr. Tellez, Mr Mendoza and Mr. Isas. This week we had a first timer with Mr. Burnett. Your visits and time spent here was greatly appreciated. I hope all of you had great days.

We welcomed our last 2 dads of the year 2025. Thank you Mr. Padilla and Mr. Medina. It was a crazy day for me with things going on this morning and making some mistakes on the schedule, so I appreciate the fact that you guys went along with everything and helped make it a great Thursday.

Last Thursday we were happy to welcome Mr. Dalton (who is also a teacher at Bondy) to be a WatchDog for us. Not only did he get to spend time with his son in his classes but he also was able to read and play with our PreK and some of our Special Education kids. Love having him and hope his day was great.

Yesterday we welcomed Mr. Alfaro as our WatchDog. Not only did he get to spend the day with his wife and daughter, but he spent time reading to one of our Pre-K classes and one of our Special Education classes. He then spent time outside playing with the class which they absolutely loved. Thank You Mr. Alfaro for spending your day with Harvey Turner Elementary

Thank you to Mr. Sevilla for braving the day at Harvey Turner Elementary and participating in activities throughout.

We had the pleasure of wecoming Mr. Molano as our WatchDog today, and we kept him very busy. It was the perfect day to read Halloween stories to one of our PreK classes and 2 of our Special Education classes (Including one that didn't want him to leave even after multiple books). Thank you Mr. Molano, we appreciate the time you give to us.
