You can eat great while camping! Flat Iron Steak, Homemade Peach BBQ Glazed Shrimp and Wings tossed in Homemade Peach Hot Sauce (finding ways to use that 30lb of Peaches I bought.) Also some Grilled Chili Lime Corn. All of it Grilled over Cherry Wood Coals. Corn, Watermelon and Peaches from the great people at Diehl's Produce

I bought a case of fresh peaches from my friends at Diehl's Produce. Look how beautiful!! What to do with 30lb of peaches??? So far: Sorbet, Ice Cream, Cobbler, BBQ, Hot Sauce (excellent), Pie, Peach and Ginger Galette and some Peach Jam. I shared with friends and I still have a gallon of peach flesh vaccuum sealed and frozen for the winter.

I got my first job as a dishwasher. Went on to prep, pantry, fry, grill, sautee, expo, banquet, baker, butcher, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Corporate Chef and Culinary Instructor. My work ethic was all learned in the dish pit.

Fresh Peach Galette. Beautiful Peaches from Diehl's Produce. Started with a homemade Pie Crust, a thin smear of Dijon, Fresh Gingered Peaches, homemade Smoked Cheddar and a Cayenne Hot Honey Glaze.
