Kick off the start of summer with the grand reopening of La Pintoresca Park! 🌳🎉

Come enjoy the new splash pad, skate park, basketball court and restrooms. The ribbon cutting ceremony begins at 10 a.m. followed by the Family Fun Day event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

La Pintoresca Family Fun Day is celebrating 26 years of bringing families, friends and neighbors together for an afternoon under the sun.

We would like to invite you and your parents to our Summer Orientation on May 25, 2022 at 6pm at Pasadena City College, in the Circadian. We will go over the details of the 6-week summer program and answer any questions you may have. If you haven't already, please fill out the summer interest form if you want to join us this summer (See link below). We need this to help us plan your class schedule and other summer activities. We are also recruiting, so if you want to spend the summer with your non-UB friends, please refer them to us (Advisor or Mentor) so that they can potentially benefit from our support services while also having fun with you.

pcc_equipo Join the Black Lancer Collaborative Council (PAID OPPORTUNITY)!!!

The purpose of BLACC is to have Black/African American students serve as consultants, advocates, and experts to help with the design and critical components of students support services and other campus wide initiatives on campus.

Student voices are essential to building equity minded and student-centered services. We believe that students play a vital role in developing institutional practices, services, and support. In addition, BLACC is dedicated to developing student leaders and embracing cultural/ethnic/racial identity.

BLACC leaders will work with outreach and financial aid support services to support prospective students. Check out the job description for more information!

This position is grant-funded, and preference will be given to students who can commit to the full Summer 2022 – Spring 2023 year.

The 1st session kicks off tomorrow and it's not too late to register if you haven't already!
