We did a lot of cool stuff in 2025. Like when visited and held a fun lab competition with the PCB design students.
First round was a fabrication line.
Second round was an escape room inspired exercise focusing on finding solutions to SMT board assembly errors.

ELTN 115 teaches students how to take a working circuit design and lay out a custom PCB which is the final stage of an electronic design project. The lay out is done using CAD software. Students learn how to export the needed files to have their boards manufactured.
PBC layout design and manufacturing is a skill set that any technician or hobbyist should not be without!
Enroll in ELTN 115 today at Pasadena.edu for the Fall 2024 semester! CRN 77231. Class meets Monday and Wednesdays 1:30-4pm.
