I have discovered new significance in an omnipresent natural phenomenon. It is the source of Organic Reasoning©, the primary process of ‘understanding’ that all living organisms rely upon to understanding and survive their environment. Interestingly Organic Reasoning© is itself a conflict resolution (mediation) process.

To improve my mediation process, I replace adversarial language and thinking patterns (that interfere with conflict resolution and understanding) with the patterns of the mediation process that occur in Nature. The outcomes are remarkable -- virtually all, even high-conflict, settle amicably and a high percentage reconcile spontaneously.

As I am sure you will appreciate the application of this ‘technology’ has important implications for how we think about language and conflict. Those who apply Organic Reasoning© also enhance their ability to think and understand. Imagine a world where everyone automatically resolves conflict constructively -- the results are inestimable.
