A mother is facing felony charges after allegedly taking matters into her own hands to confront her son's bully. Shannon Tufuga, 40, was charged with kidnapping and aggravated child abuse following an incident in Provo, Utah. According to police documents, Tufuga tracked down an 11-year-old boy while he was riding his bike, forced him into her vehicle and then drove him to her home. Once there, she reportedly held the child captive until he apologized to her autistic son. She also allegedly threatened the boy by stating her husband would beat him up and telling him he was "lucky" she hadn't run over his bike.

Although the boy was eventually returned home, charging documents reveal the 11-year-old now suffers from high anxiety and has been forced to significantly alter his daily routines due to the trauma.
