Founded in 1914, it is the oldest coed Catholic school in the Cleveland area. Before Commencement tonight, we paused in gratitude for all those who helped guide, support, and love these students through the journey. It was a beautiful morning celebrating the Class of 2026 and the families who walked beside them every step of the way. 💚🎓

Holy Name is looking for the next generation of creatives 🎥📸🎨
Do you know a student who is talented in:
• Photography
• Videography
• Graphic Design
• Social Media
• Sports Media
Mr. Sison is looking for creative students who want to help tell the story of Holy Name through athletics, events, branding, and social media.
Selected students will have opportunities to:
• Contribute to major school campaigns
• Build portfolio-worthy work
• Develop leadership and technical skills
• Learn directly through hands-on experience
Advanced students will also receive mentorship and connections with industry professionals to help take their skills to the next level.
Experience is preferred, but not required.
We’re looking for creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Ideal candidates are self-starters who demonstrate coachability, professionalism, communication skills, leadership presence, independence, and creative instinct. They are eager to grow, open to feedback, and capable of turning guidance into action.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and at Holy Name, student mental health and wellbeing are part of our Strategic Vision 2030 Priority #5: cultivating a welcoming and healthy community where every individual feels valued, supported, and connected.
Bishop Keith J. Chylinski reminds us that God cares for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — and that there is no shame in asking for help.
This week, we challenge our Holy Name community to intentionally care for someone else.
Send the text. Start the conversation. Invite someone to sit with you. Encourage a friend who may be struggling. Small acts of kindness strengthen belonging and remind others that they are not alone. 💚🌊
