Little hands exploring a colorful world!

Our Liberty learners are discovering colors through squishing, grasping, and hands-on play! These simple moments help build color recognition, fine motor skills, and new vocabulary while making learning fun.

Little hands, big splashes, and animal adventures!

Our Bright Beginners at Smart Beginnings Liberty explored water play with animal friends! Every splash, scoop, and grab is a chance to discover new textures, practice coordination, and build early language through animal names and sounds.

So much learning in a little tub of fun!

Look who made the news, our very own Ms. Korbyn!

We’re proud to see our Smart Beginnings junior aide featured by KSHB 41 in a story about North Kansas City Schools’ new partnership with Mizzou, helping students take their next step toward college!

We love watching Korbyn support our little learners while working toward her own bright future. Help us cheer her on, we’re lucky to have her on our team!

A new partnership between North Kansas City Schools and Mizzou is helping students take the next step toward college while reducing some of the stress that comes with the admissions process.

"It took like five minutes to sign up for it, apply and I got my results back in two to three weeks," said Korbyn McGuire, a senior at Staley High School.

Caught in the act… of having WAY too much fun!

Our director/owner was spotted sliding right into playtime with the kiddos! We’re still deciding who enjoyed it more, the children or the grown-up asking for “one more turn.”

At Smart Beginnings, there’s always room for big laughs, little adventures, and joining in the fun. Apparently, “slide tester” belongs in the job description!

Ready, set, brush! Our classrooms had some special guests from the health department, and our little learners were all ears. From a story with Elmo to a closer look at those pearly whites, they made learning about dental hygiene a lot of fun. Thank you for visiting Smart Beginnings!

A little movement, a little mindfulness, and lots of fun! Our Smart Beginnings kiddos love to practiced their yoga together with Ms. Julie and Pose & Play Yoga. Stretching their bodies, working on balance, and taking a moment to slow down and breathe. 🧘
