We lost an American Hero, a great man, and great coach. John Powell loved to share and to teach. Shingitai has lost an irreplaceable part of us.

You don't have to be in shape to start to train, but you have to start to train to get in shape. Your competition is with yourself and as long as you are in the game you win.
