In our program, our students will develop the abilities to exercise discipline and self-control which teaches focus, self-awareness, and respect, leading to higher level of confidence.

March is Women's history month. SFK would like to acknowledge Master Dominique Williams. Master Dominique was the 1st female Black belt in the Silent Fist System. She was also the 1st female Master of Silent Fist. Master Dominique is a educator, mentor and all around great role model for young girls and boys in the city of Newark.
