BBQ stuffed turkey meatloaf with Parmigian crusted zucchini and mashed sweet potatoes. Spicy lamb meatballs with feta and fire roasted tomato sauce. Green beans with dijon and shallots. Barley salad with herbs and lemon dressing.

The last two nights I've been evaluating apple swans for 8th graders taking an assessment for entrance to a high school culinary program. Fun but I'm so sick of apple swans.

I like to make my dumplings from scratch. Admittedly they aren't proper wonton shape but they turned out so well that I don't think anyone will complain 😉
