As an adult who works with , I am aware that I have absolutely no idea what they are experiencing. I had the luxury of privacy during my formative years. Thank goodness all of my choices weren’t documented to torment me. I was able to be a teen.
Check on your teenagers in their rooms. Half of the time, really good parents have no idea that their child is being bullied. Sometimes they don’t know that their child IS THE bully.
With that said, take your child’s phone away before you go to sleep. I have been working with teenagers for over a decade. They will fight you on it, but it’s tough love. - and no, they don’t need it for school.
The majority of teenagers are struggling with their , and need a reduction of time with unsupervised social media. It will help stop this awful experience teens are going through.
