🩺📚 Medical Skills in Action! 📚🩺

Our Medical Skills Juniors put their knowledge to the test with a creative A–Z Body Systems Challenge!

Students were tasked with creating a patient and working their way through the alphabet to identify a different body part for each letter. Once their patient was complete, each team selected one body part and diagnosed their patient with a condition related to that body system.

Students then discussed the signs and symptoms a PCT/CNA would observe and monitor when caring for a patient with that condition—connecting classroom knowledge to real-world patient care!

Congratulations to Patient Billy Bob’s team, which was the first to identify all of their alphabetical body parts! 🎉👏

What a fun way to combine teamwork, anatomy, critical thinking, and patient-care skills!

☕🍪 ProStart Culinary Wraps Up the Year at Sizzle Café!🍓🥤

What a great way to finish the school year! Our ProStart Culinary students successfully operated Sizzle Café, serving delicious food items, hot and iced lattes, and specialty drinks to staff and students.

Throughout the year, students gained hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, financial management, customer service, and business operations. They even learned how to program and manage a brand-new point-of-sale system, building valuable skills they can take into future careers.

We're proud of all they accomplished and the professionalism they demonstrated every day.

🌞 School's out for the summer, but the skills and experiences gained at Sizzle Café will last a lifetime. Have a safe and enjoyable summer!
