For generations, women have been handed the idea that enough patience, love, emotional labor, and strategic silence could transform a wounded man into a safe one.

His pain may explain his behavior, but it does not excuse the harm. It certainly does not make you responsible for rehabilitating him at the expense of your own life.

You can care about what happened to him and still refuse to become his emotional dumpster.

Compassion is not a treatment plan.

How cool is this ?!

Doing the training and pursuing the goals does not define me! But the skill sets of being a yoga teacher means when on a work retreat for your Muggle job you get to remember and share so much for morning Yoga!
