Martin Elementary teachers and staff can’t wait to meet you! This is for NEW families only. There will be a short presentation and tour of the school. This is NOT the same as open house… you will not be able to meet your child’s teacher/see their classroom. (Class lists will not be released yet) However, you will get a chance to see the school and learn about our drop-off and pick up routines… and more! See you then! 😁

As Fairplains Elementary School has officially closed its doors, this page will also be permanently closed. The page will remain accessible until December 31, 2025, to allow families and community members time to download any photos or content they wish to save.

🌽CORN UPDATE: We are officially into our next field of corn, which looks MUCH BETTER than our first field did! This variety is called “Kickoff” and it’s delicious! Best of all, it comes to you just hours after it was picked in the middle of the night!🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽

We were here and left our mark. These walls have been filled with so much laughter, some tears, learning (of course), and so many memories. Thank you to the Fairplains community and family for all of your support over the years. Remember, once a mountain lion, always a mountain lion.

Final Fifth Grade Clap Out Day at Fairplains Elementary! Congratulations to our Fifth Grade as they were honored one last time!!! We love you and oh sooooo proud!!

This is it.

This is the final 5th grade to walk the halls of Fairplains Elementary. They leaving nothing behind, but instead take with them years of encouragement, hard work, perseverance, and love. Each student that has walked these halls was known by name. Each student that walked these halls knew where to look if they needed help, needed a friendly face, or just needed a fist bump. Each student that walked these halls knew their worth was more than a test score or a number assigned to their student ID. Each student that walked these halls knew what it meant to be called a Fairplains Elementary Mountain Lion.

Our doors may be closing, but the impact was made. Carry on our legacy and let the world know that nothing is impossible for those who simply try. We are so proud of our fifth graders and can’t wait to see all the incredible things they’ll do!

💦The Final PAWS Event💦

Yesterday fifth grade celebrated their FINAL PAWS Event with a surprise water day complete with a water bowl relay, slip-n-slide, and 1000 water balloons! It was the perfect day to close out the year.

Ms. Perkins and Mr. Kennedy would like to thank the parents for being so supportive throughout these events and for all of their donations!! It’s been one great year! 💙💛
