Congratulations to these seniors for finishing the season with a bang! Literally, there were all sorts of fireworks going off in the basement throughout “You Can’t Take it With You”. We could not be more proud of you and how much you have grown over the last four years! From your humble beginnings as young freshmen actors to strong seniors who have gained so much maturity and so much depth of character. You trusted your directors, pushed your limits, stepped out of your comfort zone time and again, committed to honesty, believability and great storytelling and got better with each show. You went from young students eager to learn to adults refined in their technique and confident in their abilities. You have grown so much that you are now able to teach others and collaborate with directors to help create stunning performances. It has been a pleasure to watch you blossom into outstanding performers and children of God. Magnificent job! We can’t wait to see what God has in store for your future!

We are so excited to recognize the seniors of Guys & Dolls. The production team had one goal in mind, to make this show exceptional, to elevate it above the norm, to make it entertaining beyond what most may think possible for a 1950 golden age musical. These seniors led the charge to make sure we not only met these expectations but also exceeded these expectations. They have a passion and drive for this craft that is unmatched. Showcasing a wide range of expertise, from creating dance choreography, to playing beautiful music in the orchestra, to running everything backstage, to creating outstanding performances on stage, these seniors have stepped up their game. Not only did they work hard to perfect their particular role but they also mentored and inspired everyone else around them to be their absolute best. Leading by example, they guided and helped the underclassmen to strengthen and grow their own abilities.
All that passion, dedication and drive helped to propel the show to spectacular performances and to receive 6 Bobby G nominations. Amazing work, congratulations!!! We are so very proud of you. You are going to be truly missed, but you have left an amazing legacy upon the LuHi Theatre Dept. God’s richest blessings on your future!

A huge shout out to our senior directors! We had five standout seniors direct this year. They worked diligently all summer analyzing their script and characters, creating set plans and lighting plots, preparing for auditions and so much more. They brought their expertise to our younger generation and expanded their knowledge as they learned a bit about what it’s like to be on the production staff side of a show. They showed leadership, maturity, creativity and inspiration throughout the entire production process, always setting the bar high and striving for greatness. They provided us with a wide range of theatre from comedy to drama and even a little sci-fi/fantasy and pulled their shows together beautifully. Congratulations on your directorial debuts! You all did such an amazing job!!! We are sad to see you leave LuHi but know God has great plans for you. Blessings!
The shows our seniors directed:
Mandi P. - A Wrinkle in Time
Katie T. - Little Women
Sean O. - Common Ground
Alex S. - Operation Lucy (he also wrote this show)

Today we recognize the outstanding seniors in our production of The 39 Steps! These are some of the most talented, creative, and inspiring individuals you will ever meet. Featuring a small cast of only six actors, these three seniors led this powerhouse group to a knockout performance as they experimented, improvised and laughed their way through the rehearsal process and right into the shows. It is such a joy as a director to get to work with such strong performers who aren’t afraid to be creative, break barriers and step so far outside their comfort zone to just let loose and have fun. With most of the actors playing somewhere between 5-10 characters each, this show is no easy feat. Quick changes abound and costume pieces flew everywhere as the actors moved at rapid-fire speed to change characters and scenes. Sometimes switching characters quite literally every sentence. One of the most difficult and fun shows an actor will ever do. I am so incredibly proud of what you accomplished in only 23 rehearsals. Truly remarkable!!! You are going to be deeply missed but pray God’s richest blessings on your future! Congratulations on an outstanding run!

Our four seniors in the Wind Ensemble at Lutheran High School have truly set a remarkable example over the past four years. Their commitment to the demands of this program has been steady and strong, but what stands out most is how they came together in their final year to thoughtfully select pieces they had performed before—determined to give them a second life. With renewed focus and maturity, they embraced the challenge to refine, improve, and elevate those works to a higher level. Their dedication to growth and excellence is something worth celebrating, and it has left a lasting impact on our ensemble.

Celebrating our incredible Bella Voce seniors! It takes a special kind of dedication to master a craft before the sun is even fully up, but these seniors made those early mornings look easy—and sound even better. We are so proud of how you’ve finished the year strong, leading our choir with a rare blend of talent and genuine care for everyone around you. Your leadership, compassion, and commitment to being here an hour before the school bell rang have truly set the tone for this ensemble. We will miss your voices and your heart dearly, but we are so excited to see the leadership you’ll bring to your next chapter!

We are so proud to recognize our senior singers in Bel Canto! These individuals have been the backbone of our choir, leading with humility and a deep sense of care for their peers. Whether in song or in service, they have modeled what it means to lead with compassion and to do all things for the glory of Jesus. Congratulations, seniors!
