It’s that magical time of year again when we shower our teachers in casseroles, carbs, and pure gratitude at our Thanksgiving Potluck Teacher Appreciation Lunch on Wednesday, November 19th!
We’re calling all kitchen warriors to sign up and bring a dish—grandma’s secret stuffing, Pinterest’s latest pumpkin masterpiece, or something that just screams “I tried!” Drop your edible contribution off between 7:30 and 9:30 AM, before the teachers start sniffing the hallways in anticipation. Because September’s car-line drop-off was such a hit, we’re bringing it back! Swing through the car line and drop off your delicious dish on Wednesday morning and again Thursday morning to reclaim your trusty Tupperware or heroic crockpot. As a reminder, each month the PTO spoils our teachers but we only rely on paretn donations every other month. Also, cooking and shopping time is volunteer time that can he tracked toward annual hours.
Please label your serve ware with your name—unless you’d like your favorite Pyrex to start a new life in the school’s mysterious “missing dish witness protection program.”de
