Paul Reed is a proven business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the roofing and restoration industry. The main focus of his success in this industry, and in life, are staying true to his principals which are faith first, family values, helping others, and mentorship.

Paul joined North-West Roofing in 2013, which at the time was a residential contractor company. Since his partnership, he has been able to grow the business to a nationally recognized commercial roofing enterprise, currently in the top 1% in the country.

Paul has been acknowledged as a national expert in his field, winning the “Most Influential” award within the United States’ Restoration Industry in 2018 & 2019. He has mentored over 200 business owners and individuals throughout his career.

Paul’s drive and devotion to his industry comes from a long road of failures during his struggle with addiction. Sober for over 14 years, Paul found his “Why” and has dedicated his success to his wife, children, grandchildren and the entire construction community. His values are simple; with God as your foundation and staying true to your principals, anything is possible.

Paul is the Founder & President of the nationally recognized non-profit “Roofers in Recovery”, providing rehabilitation for the construction industry throughout the US. In 2018 he became a founding board member for the APA, another nationally recognized non-profit that helps homeowners fight against unlicensed and dishonest contractors, as well as insurance fraud.

In 2021 Paul Reed started an educational platform called “Commercial Roofing Academy”. This program was created to help ensure that the industry is receiving proper training and knowledge, which will allow companies to grow with strong morals, faith, integrity and endless possibilities.

Paul and his wife, Kimberly, joined in marriage over 12 years ago and reside in Parker, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona. Their family includes four sons, two daughters, and four grandchildren. They are actively involved in their local church, as well as many national and international Christian ministries and charities.
