My name is Tabatha Edwards, and I am so excited to introduce myself as the Childcare Director of Abby Lane Learning Center. I am truly happy to be joining this wonderful community and getting to know you and your children.

I have spent the past 15 years working in early childhood education with children of all ages and developmental levels. I have also had the opportunity to own and operate my own childcare center, which gave me valuable experience and a strong appreciation for creating a positive, well-run, and nurturing environment. I am especially excited to be returning to work alongside the owner, Abby, as we have worked together in the past, and I look forward to being back with her.

Outside of work, I am married to my husband, Brandon, and we have two children, Gunner (19) and Case (3). Being a parent myself has deepened my understanding of how important it is for families to feel confident, comfortable, and supported in their childcare choices.

As Director, my goal is to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and excited to learn, and where families feel welcomed and heard. I believe strong relationships and open communication are key, and I want you to know that my door is always open.

Warmly,
Tabatha Edwards
Childcare Director

We spent this week helping everyone get settled in, going over our classroom rules and routines, and getting to know all of our new friends. It has been such a great start to the school year! 🥰

Next week, we’ll officially kick off our school-year curriculum, and we are SO excited to get started!

We hope everyone has a wonderful and relaxing weekend! Enjoy! 🩷
