🦁❤️💛 WHAT A GREAT FIRST WEEK AT SIGNET! 💛❤️🦁

Our first week of school is officially in the books, and we have so much to be thankful for!

The classrooms are full again, friendships are being made, routines are being learned, and our students are already hard at work. But what excites us most is seeing our school family come together with Jesus at the center of everything we do. ❤️

We are incredibly thankful for our teachers and support family who have poured so much time, prayer, preparation, and love into making this first week a success. And to our parents—thank you for trusting us with your children and choosing Christian education. It is a privilege we don’t take lightly.

We’re not simply preparing students for the next grade. We’re partnering with families to help raise young people who love God, pursue excellence, lead with integrity, serve others, walk in courage, build unity, and influence their world for Christ.

There will be lots of learning, growing, laughing, praying, and probably a few adventures along the way. 😊

Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Brook Dickinson to the Signet Christian School family! 🦁❤️

We are excited to welcome Mrs. Brook Dickinson as our Middle School/High School Heritage Studies & Computers/FACS Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year!

Mrs. Dickinson brings more than 21 years of classroom experience, a Master’s Degree in Classroom Teaching from Missouri Baptist University, and a Gifted Certification from the University of Missouri. During her teaching career, she spent 15 years teaching Gifted Education (grades 5–12) and 6 years teaching 4th grade. She has also taught VEX Robotics, STEM, Study Skills, Reading Strategies, and sponsored extracurricular activities including Bible Club and Math Team.

Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Dickinson has faithfully served in ministry for many years. She has taught children, youth, and adults through children’s church, Sunday school, and discipleship classes. She has served in numerous ministry roles, completed a two-year Calling and Ministries Studies program, a Church of God Ministerial Internship Program, and is an Ordained Minister. She has participated in mission trips to Colombia, Thailand and North Carolina.

Mrs. Dickinson shares,

“My greatest desire is to see lost people saved and grow in a relationship with Jesus so they can experience an abundant life.”

She and her husband, Lloyd, have been married for 30 years and are blessed with four children—Nathan, Dane, Lynae, and Marla—as well as their daughter-in-law, Randi, and granddaughters, Savannah and Ashlyn. Their family enjoys spending time together and attending Christian concerts.

Mrs. Dickinson says,

“I am excited to move into this new ministry role as a teacher at Signet where I can continue to work in the calling God has given me.”

We are incredibly thankful that God has brought Mrs. Dickinson to Signet Christian School. Her passion for Christ, love for students, years of educational excellence, and heart for ministry will be a tremendous blessing to our school family.
