Adalberto Figueroa, a U.S. veteran, came to Kotra looking for a real opportunity. With GI Bill® approved training, a flexible schedule, and supportive instructors, he built a strong foundation and felt ready from day one: “I was ready to start.”
His career took off fast. After graduating, Adalberto joined MC Express as a driver. In just six months, he worked his way up to become a trainer. Now, he mentors new drivers from the very beginning, training them through every step until they are fully ready to handle the road on their own.
