Recent kitchen renovation. Took me about 6 months to get everything fully trimmed, sealed and totally finished…we’d been living in the home for the last 3 months which made things a little harder! I’d also been working on the living room, new pantry, kids’ and guests bedroom! I’ve had a blast with it though!

We couldn’t go outside because of the smoke so we went inside (thanks Christeana Spencer ) and pure shenanigans ensued! Coordination, Acceleration/Deceleration, core strength, teamwork, communication, problems solving and thinking outside the box…and some soccer focusing on timing of scanning and information collection, body orientation, efficiency with movement, receiving, passing…incredible two days and all done with smiles, giggles…and a lot of laughter! Who says soccer training can’t be fun and beneficial at the same time!?
