Service Matters! Thanks to the community for partnering with HCHS Beta Club on this service project!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Double Good fundraiser!! We sold over $11,000 – that’s insane! Thank you to those who purchased popcorn from our members!

Join the excitement! The popcorn fundraiser is ending on Friday, April 17, at 3pm; act fast so you can be a part of it. Ordering online is hassle-free - no need to create another account. Plus, enjoy the convenience of delivery right to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the US. Each member has a goal that they wish to reach, so simply request a link from one of our BETA members and get ready to indulge. We strongly encourage family and friends come to support our members!

Again, we thank you all for your generous donations to our shoe drive! We have a total of 56-57 bags, and we couldn’t have achieved that without you all. Each bag has around 25 pairs in it, amounting to a total of 1,400-1,425 pairs of shoes donated! We also extend thanks to our members who showed up and helped to make this possible.

HCHS Beta would like to thank Dairy Delight for their food donation AND Joe Mahan Ford, Inc. for assisting us in our travels to the Leadership Summit in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Please remember the individuals and businesses that invest in our young people. When the time comes for you to make a purchase or choose a service, we encourage you to support those who have supported our students and our community.

A message from Mrs. Thrash regarding the mission:

“Mission Possible:

We have just received word that the driver scheduled to collect our shoe donations may be delayed due to the weather. That delay works in our favor.

Your mission—should you choose to accept it—is to bring in 10 pairs of gently worn or new shoes. If every member completes the mission, we will reach our goal.

Over the upcoming weather event. Reach out to family, check your own closets, and connect with your squads to collect shoes.

We’ve been granted an extension on our donation date. Weather may delay the pickup, and we need to capitalize on this opportunity.

Mission success depends on participation. Let’s finish strong!
